our community

We have over 200 members from more than 100 global companies, and we’re growing.

The EXchange was established to create a space where professionals dedicated to improving the experience of work could call on one another to help answer complex and nuanced questions.

Our members

People with this motivation to improve the experience of work can span any role, but we tend to attract 2 broad archetypes:

Experience ‘practitioners’:

  • Whether you are focused on improving EX, PX, WX, HX, SX, or DEX*… you play and important role in helping your function or broader organization build the key capabilities to design & improve work experiences in an ongoing way. You often aim to serve and influence key experience ‘owners’ across your organization.

  • *If you can fully understand this alphabet soup of acronyms, you’re in the right place. But for good measure, it’s worth clarifying: employee experience, people experience, workforce experience, human experience, service experience, digital employee experience.

Experience ‘owners’:

  • This may not be a label you use to describe yourself (yet), but if you are responsible for the design and delivery of products, services, technologies and/processes that are meant to enable great experiences at work, then you fit this category.

  • For example, you may have responsibility for any “product”, “service” or “journey” that shapes key aspects of people’s experience at work, whether you sit in HR, IT, workplace, shared services / GBS.

Join the EXchange if you want to:

  • Connect with colleagues from various industries and locations

  • Actively problem solve with your peers

  • Hear real stories from other practitioners with similar goals

  • Create resources with your peers (i.e. templates, guides)

  • Benchmark your practices against others
